Our fitness coaching is tailored to women with athletic backgrounds looking to improve their health and fitness. You spent years in your sport, then you started a family or a career and that inner athlete was buried in the process. You've struggled to maintain a healthy lifestyle and meet your goals. It's time you reintegrate fitness into your life!

You need a coach in your corner who is invested in you so that you can realize your potential and make your goals a reality.

All of our services are delivered virtually, and we have 3 options to choose from.

Individual Coaching - Option 1

Cost: $197-$300/month - varies based on training goals, and level of accountability

Individual Coaching is for women who need extra guidance and accountability for lasting behavior change, or specific coaching to navigate unique circumstances (ie training through pregnancy, returning to exercise post-partum, training around pain or injury, etc) in order to reach their specific health and fitness goals. 

What is included:

*Because of the individualized attention clients receive, we limit the number of clients we work with one-on-one each month to maintain excellent coaching.

Individual Programs - Option 2

Cost: $175-$297 - varies based on program length (6-12 week programs available)

Individual programs are available for athletes who don't need accountability but still want a program written specifically for their goals.  

What is included:

*You'll have lifetime access to view the completed workouts. If you want to repeat the program, where you can log updated results, contact us and we can set that up. A $30 set-up fee will be charged to repeat your program.

Training Templates - Option 3

Our templates are training programs with a specific focus. These templates are great for athletes who want a solid training plan to follow but don't need any individualized programming or accountability. These are high-quality programs available for athletes on a budget that are based on exercise science, and the latest research for maximum effectiveness. All templates are delivered with our training app so you'll have video demonstrations and the opportunity to log all your results.

Frequently Asked Questions:

I don't have a gym membership. Can I still sign up for Fitness coaching?

This largely depends on your goals. If you want to get stronger and reap the rewards and health benefits of strength training, you need access to loads that will challenge you enough. That said, we will meet you where you are at and grow from there!
